his week we'll bust out everyone's favorite, the Mistakes Jar. If you've not been to a Mistakes Jar session before, it's easy. We all write down (anonymously) a mistake we've made recently and dump it in the jar. We then take turns pulling the mistakes out and workshopping some solutions. The great part about this is that it turns out, we're all making very similar mistakes!

The Cobblers' Collective is a group of more than 100 independent business folks, freelancers, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
